4 Veritas Intellectual Property Rights
Veritas owns, or is licensed to use, the Intellectual Property Rights (as defined in par 12 below) in the Veritas Content.

Our liability for breach of a condition or warranty implied by law which cannot be excluded is limited to the extent possible, at our option, to the supply of the goods or services again, or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied again
The law applicable to the Websites and to disputes arising from or in connection with the Websites is the law of the State of Western Australia, Australia.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

Intellectual Property means all current and future intellectual and industrial property rights and interests throughout the world, whether registered or unregistered, including trade marks, designs, patents, inventions, copyright and analogous rights, circuit layouts, confidential information, trade secrets, know-how and other intellectual property rights as defined in Article 2 of the convention establishing the World Intellectual Property Organisation of 14 July 1967 as amended from time to time, and any right to apply for registration of, or any application for, such rights.
